Green
Silicon Carbide
Green slilcon carbide is produced basically in the
same way of black silicon carbide except the different requirement
of raw materials. With higher purity of crystallization and hardness,
when abrasive tools are of it, they are suitable of processing hard
and brittle materials such as: hard alloy, titanium alloy, bearing
steel as well as some non-metallic materials including: glass, agate,
electrical ceramic, quartz products, rock. Green silicon carbide
is also used as higer grade refractory materials, electrical heating
element and elements for electrical appliances.

Pink Aluminum Oxide
Pink Aluminum Oxide is also electrically fused
in arc furnace with high grade bayer processed alumina and chrome
oxide as raw material. It has better ability in service and low
roughness on the surface than white aluminum oxide, showing rose
color. It is used to grind measuring and cutting tools, instruments
and parts etc.

less heat emit, higher efficiency, acid and alkali resistance,
goodthermal stability. Abrasives tools made of it are suitable for
grinding high-speed, high carbon steel, etc. It also can be used
as materials for grinding and polishing, precision casting, spraying
and coating, medium body for chemical industry, special ceramics
and high-grade refractory materials, etc |
